- Agricultural tool shed:An isolated building with a usable area of 950.00 square metres, located in front of the former workshop and extending over a single level.It was probably built before 1967 and has a gross area of 1045 square metres.In addition, the property comprises a total of 18 hectares of land and the following buildings:- Podere Vittoria: An old building with offices, two storerooms and two garages on the ground floor and three flats on the first floor, giving a total gross area of 1665 square metres.- Tobacco shop: This building with a covered area of 918 square metres is located in the immediate vicinity of the agricultural shed and the farmhouse on the access road to the core of the villa.
