This villa is located in Amoudara, just 4 kilometres south of Agios Nikolaos. It is part of a project with a total of five villas. The villa extends over 105 square metres and is spread over three levels. The ground floor consists of a living room with large balcony doors to the front terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Marble stairs lead to the middle floor where there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Both have access to a shared balcony with sea views and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The marble staircase continues to the top floor, where there is a third bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a large window with great views.

Outside the ground floor there is a patio with a garden and private parking for one car.
