2-3) the other 2 large apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and both are rented out to tourists 4) the last unit is the largest and is used by the owners themselves. Fauglia is a charming little hill town in the province of Pisa, surrounded by vineyards and nature. It is easy to reach the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway in a short time and to visit the most famous tourist destinations as well as fantastic villages such as Lari, Casciana Terme, Lajatico, etc..
It is also easy to reach the sea; in about 30 minutes you can reach both the Leghorn area with Castiglioncello and the Cecina-Rosignano area for sandy beaches.
