This beautiful modern stone villa is located just 15 metres from the beautiful beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Kissamos. It is also just 5 minutes from the shops and beaches in Kissamos and 30 minutes from the city of Chania.

The Kissamos region combines natural beauty with numerous beaches, from Kastelli to Falasarna and along the west coast of Crete to Elafonisi and Cape Krios. There are two beaches in the city, separated by a promenade: sandy Mavros Molos to the west and pebbly Telonio to the east. The largest town and capital of the province of Kissamos is variously called Kissamos and Kastelli, although the official name is the former. The wide bay of Kissamos is home to sandy beaches that are large, beautiful and relatively uncrowded. The tiny fishing harbour between the ferry terminal and the town centre is worth a stop, especially for lunch at one of the waterfront tavernas. The heart of the town is around Platia Kastellou, just north of the main axis that crosses it. The beautiful villages of fertile Kissamos have many frescoed churches, such as Agia Varvara at Latziana, and Venetian villas such as the Rotonda at Kalathenes and another at Drapania.
