The master bedroom has access to a large veranda with a seating area offering magnificent sea views. From the living area on the ground floor, a staircase leads down to the lower floor. This floor is equipped with a fitness area and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and the other has two single beds. The fitness room has access to the garage. From the lower floor, you have access to the outdoor area with a barbecue area, a garden and a pool area. All floors are also connected by a lift.

The attractively landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and places to relax. More specifically, the outdoor area offers: A 35 sqm swimming pool.
