The interior of the villas consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a gym and a sauna. Outside, both villas offer a 40 sqm infinity pool with sun loungers, barbecue and seating area with panoramic sea views, as well as a hot tub.

The villa is located 0.5 km from the centre of a village, 1.3 km from the sea and about 4 km from the national road. On the nearby beach, there are several traditional Greek fish taverns, a small Greek church and also a fishing harbour. The area is also ideal for hiking and is very safe.

Kolymvari Beach is long but not very wide. It consists of stones and stretches to the neighbouring town of Tavronitis. As there are only a few hotels in the area, the beach is fairly quiet and you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains of the Rodopou Peninsula.
There are a few areas with sun loungers and parasols, and Kolymvari Beach also has showers and toilets. Parking is available directly behind the beach. The beach has been awarded a Blue Flag. The town is characterised by tradition and charming little streets. The authentic Greek cuisine and Cretan flair are definitely a highlight of the area.
