On the second floor, there is a room with a flopping room with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) and a private bathroom with shower. From the living room, another staircase leads to the lower level, where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower. This room has access to a terrace that leads to the pool level.

Outside, there is a 65 m² private swimming pool and a hot tub. There are comfortable sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the Cretan sun and a shaded seating area with bamboo sofas, ideal for morning coffee and breakfast by the pool.

The house also has a beautiful garden with palm trees and a barbecue area under a pergola, from where you can enjoy relaxing evenings overlooking Mirabello Bay. Although Agios Nikolaos has less than 20,000 inhabitants, it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, doctors, a modern hospital with high standards, a public swimming pool and tennis courts, a marina, a harbour, a cinema, a theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools from kindergartens to a 6-year high school and, in general, all the amenities you would expect in a modern European town.

The microclimate is one of the best in Greece, with moderate temperatures rarely exceeding 30°C in summer and rarely falling below 15°C in winter.
