Furthermore, there are fifty seats at tables with a corresponding licence.

The facility is located on a 2650 square metre property, most of which is built on, with the exception of a few garden plots. The hotel is connected to the bioremediation system, the municipal water supply network and a private water borehole that enables an autonomous water supply. In addition, a boiler, a burner, a pressurised water and a hot water boiler are available.

The hotel consists of seven buildings in total. In the main building there is a reception, a bar with a lounge, an office and a kitchen with utility rooms. The restaurant on the upper floor extends over two floors and has outdoor terraces and a kitchen-lounge-maker. There are two building permits and two permits from EOT with a special operating licence. Permits for swimming pools, bars and restaurants are also available, and all arbitrary constructions have been legalised.

Agia Pelagia is a picturesque village on the north coast of Crete, just 20 km from the capital Heraklion. The village is famous for its beautiful bay with crystal clear water and a long sandy beach. The bay is surrounded by rocky hills and lush vegetation and offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
