With its truffle areas, the company is part of the Barbialla/Collegalli Truffle Consortium.
The game reserve covers about 95 hectares (950,000 square metres) within the Barbialla/Collegalli game hunting company. This institution plays an important role in land management, control and improvement of wild game (pheasants, hares, deer, roe deer) and the reintroduction of native species such as the Maremma wild boar. Hunting is strictly controlled through the selection of game and the restriction of access to the reserve. On the company's land, it is possible to purchase land for redevelopment: the first, called "Podere Casato", is located in the hilly "plateau". The second building, called "Podere Vallicella", is located in Valliva and near the forest. Of this building, the load-bearing walls (and other structural parts) remain, which will allow for the future reconstruction of the property for a total of approximately 550.00 gross on two floors. These volumes may also be used in the future for the construction of other buildings, either in the actual location of the existing buildings or by moving volumes within the area of the property.

Montaione The farm is located in the Tuscan hills along the Egola River valley, in the municipality of Montaione, on the border between Florence and Pisa. The farm is well connected to the main cities of Tuscany. Florence, Pisa and Siena are all about 45 minutes away, and the famous town of San Gimignano is only 25 minutes by car.
