Each of the two plots is 4348 m2 in size. They are beautifully located on the hillside, near the small fishing village of Plaka, Elounda, on the road from Plaka to Vrouchas. The microclimate is one of the best in Greece, with moderate temperatures rarely rising above 30 degrees in summer and rarely falling below 15 degrees in winter. This wonderful dry climate, combined with the natural beauty of the area, has attracted most of Greece's top-class hotels to operate here.
