This plot is 17,683 m2 in size and divided into 4 separate parcels. The possibilities here are therefore vast.
It is permitted to build a total of approximately 200 m2 (400 m2 in the case of a cave building) plus a basement on each plot. On each of the four plots, you can build approximately 200 m2 of cave buildings, approximately 200 m2 of ground floor buildings (in front of and above the cave buildings) and 200 m2 of basement under the ground floor buildings.
It is also possible to obtain an EOT licence for the tourist development of this plot to build a small hotel or tourist apartments of up to 3530 m². All buildings on this plot will have fantastic, uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and the island.
The property is located directly above a quiet beach near the village of Kavousi. This beautiful traditional village is 25 minutes by car from Agios Nikolaos or 15 minutes from Ierapetra.
