The MAR architect's house is characterised by individual planning. Two superimposed volumes offer covered areas on the garden side and the street side, skilfully extending the interior space and creating a unique connection between inside and outside. The kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly into the front covered terrace, while the living room is connected to the pool terrace by a glass façade that slides back completely.
